You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after your payment has been received. Since I'm only a "one woman show" please allow 5-14 business days of processing time to complete your orders.

Originals as well as limited edition Prints are shipped from Germany. Shipping times depend on the destination. Orders outside the EU may take a few weeks to arrive. After your order I will send you the tracking number of your parcel so you can always check in on the status of your delivery.

Original artwork can be returned at own costs within 30 days after receival providing it is undamaged and in all of its original packaging. All returns must be be insured to the full value of the painting as you are responsible for it until it arrives back. Please retain proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged.

There is a restocking fee of 20% on all art print returns as I try not to carry stock.
