What are the Shipping rates?

The Shipping rates for your specific destination will be calculated at check-out.

When will my order ship?

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after your payment has been received. Since I'm only a "one woman show" please allow 5-14 business days of processing time to complete your orders.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the destination. Originals as well as limited edition Prints are shipped from Germany. Please note that due to the pandemic and war in Ukraine shipping procedures and speed may be altered. I am not responsible for any delay. Especially orders outside the EU customs territory may take several weeks to arrive. For information on expected transit times, please contact me.

What about Duties?

The studio is operated in Hamburg, Germany and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
